When my family and I were getting ready to move cross country to the Seattle area I called dozens of agents looking for rental houses as a transition into a house of our own. Literally, none of the agents I contacted responded until I reached out to Todd Pugh. He responded within an hour of my first email and even knowing we were only looking for a rental at first, gave us first-class attention and service. He was quick to make a list of options in our price and size range, and set up appointments to go see them. Thanks to Todd we were able to get into a rental days after getting here. We moved to Seattle in 2015 from Eastern Canada, with little knowledge of how life could look like in Seattle. Searching in Zillow we came across a name Todd Pugh. His innocent face, in a profession that most agents want to sell you the first house you lean toward, encouraged us to give him a call, and what a great luck came out of it. He was nice, professional and polite. He had come to real estate world 3 years ago, but he had been a manager in a few insurance companies. So his skills were impeccable even though he was new in this field. He had teamed up with Gordy Mark, a long time real estate agent, and his cousin. Together, they covered everything we could expect from a real estate agent: knowledge of the market and local housing, sound judgment of pros and cons of each neighborhood, good evaluation of each house we visited.

They never pushed us to buy a house. In contrast, when they saw we cannot find what we wanted , they recommended us to wait. We kept in contact. someday, my wife and I visited a new construction site, and we decided to buy a house there. As Todd and Gordy were so nice to us, we gave them a call and invited to represent us. They helped us to choose a right lot and a house plan that not only met our needs, but also offered a good resale value. Honestly, the process is more difficult than what one can think, especially that we did not know much about US rules and regulations. They offered a lot of help through the processes from selecting the options to mortgage and to closing. With confident we recommed Todd and Gordy and their nice and helpful staff. The evidence, we are planning to buy a rental with them soon ;)
