I can't say enough positive things about Gordy and his team. I live out of town and was selling my late uncle's property in Issaquah and I went with Gordy based on a local agent referral. He made the sale so smooth and easy. He is extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, follows up on every detail, and most importantly he went well above and beyond what a typical real estate agent would do. We had to clear a lot of furniture and items out of the home and he personally helped to oversee and even help clear out items and orchestrate donation pickups. He also had referrals for cleaners and handymen and coordinated any work we needed done. He made the home sale so smooth and seamless. I can't say enough positive things about Gordy and his team! They are excellent!

Gordy was referred to us by a friend and we are very lucky they did. He and his team were professional and friendly, it hardly felt like business. We never felt pressured or pushed. One thing we really liked was the personal portal he set up for us that would notify us every time a home in our budget and desired area came on the market. We looked at multiple homes and learned so much about the market and offer process. Once we found "the one," Gordy's strategy got us the house. Surprisingly, we were the only offer and got the house for the asking price. We couldn't believe it! He has followed up and checked in with us after the sale and has referred us to some amazing contractors who have helped us with things around the house.
