Todd helped me with two properties. I needed to sell my co-do in Bothell, Todd gave me insight about my place that would help me make the largest profit. We edited items out of the house to make it more open, he suggested painting a couple areas to become more neutral, and he suggested I replace the kitchen counter. It looked like a new home when I was done. Because of Todd's expertise and knowledge of the area, it was priced right. We had 4 offers and it sold in 3 days.

Tiff also helped me find a new home. I needed a one-level that didn't need a huge investment to move in. We discussed my specifics, price, area, size of home, yard size, and began maki f selections to view. After one weekend we found the house. Todd helped me decide on an offer, and it was accepted a few days later. He helped me decide on a broker for my mortgage, and was there all the way to closing.

Our experience with Todd and Gordy was amazing! We found our dream home and put in a winning bid in a very, very competitive market. The house we live in now is beyond what we ever imagined, and it was only possible due to the hard work and persistence of the Marks Team.

Todd and Gordy are very kind and generous people who went out of their way to be responsive and deliver a wonderful home-buying experience. They had the patience to visit dozens of houses with us in a geographical area that stretched from South Seattle to Snohomish, and they would visit these houses with us at a moment's notice. As first-time home buyers, we had little knowledge about the process or the seller's expectations (except for a couple prior attempts with other real estate agents that did not go well). Todd and Gordy patiently explained all the ins-and-outs and never gave up on us even when we felt like throwing in the towel.

We were so particular regarding style and price that at times it felt like we would never find a place. The Marks Team reassured us that we would find a place and stressed the importance of not rushing or forcing a decision. And when the time came to put in offers, they helped us find inspectors, proofread our letters to the sellers, sat with us through multiple pre-inspects, called other agents relentlessly at our request, and did anything honest that they could to give us an advantage.

From start to finish, we had home-buying allies that truly understood us and worked alongside us. They knew us so well that they could tell us when we were looking at the wrong houses and locations, and in hindsight they were right. Even after we bought the house, they stopped by to give us cookies and check in on our moving status. They also gave us several unexpected gifts throughout the closing process. I feel honored that this skilled and dedicated team went to bat for us. And they definitely hit a home run (pardon the really bad pun). If we ever move from this lovely home, we will undoubtedly be working with the Marks Team again.

I met Todd and his partner/cousin Gordy through a mutual friend. They helped me refine and target my housing search and we ended up completing our search after a long 6 months with a house that is exactly what I was looking for. Both were extremely knowledgeable and very friendly, and made the home-buying process much easier than I had ever imagined it would be. The ReMax Marks Team & Todd Pugh provided excellent service in both selling our previous home & in finding & buying our new home. Todd was super responsive & always willing to show us any home we were interested in viewing, no matter how far (geographically) we searched. He took the time to remind us of our criteria so we didn't waste time at unsuitable properties. Gordy was recommended by a close friend and I couldn't have been happier with the level of customer attention he provided! Our home sale process began a few years ago - we listed our home for a couple of months without much progress towards selling when Gordy encouraged us to wait for the market to improve, if we were able. We were, so decided to rent it out. Gordy kept us apprised of local sales, inventory, etc. until time came that the market looked good to sell. Although he was already providing excellent customer service, it was at this point he began to go above and beyond. Gordy began to manage our tenants, repairs, service appointments, you name it. Did I mention we were out of state? Between Gordy and Todd, there was always somebody available to answer questions, visit the property, and manage all administration and parties involved.
