Not only did they swoop in and help us sell our house in a week and a half from our first meeting, they also set up landscapers, arranged for a stager to come in and spend hours with me rearranging furniture and decluttering my house, hired a great photographer, AND sold the house for $25k over asking in four days! They are knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, confident, know how to negotiate a good deal, and have great connections for any need that might arise. Working with Todd was a great experience! He was so patient with me as he helped me search for my first condo over the course of many months. It took a while to find the right place (I was pretty picky!) within my price range. Todd was very helpful in pointing out both positives and negatives of each property, and walking me through the process as this was my first time purchasing a home. He was very receptive to what I was looking for and was very flexible in scheduling times to show me various different condos. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely be calling him when it's time to move on to a larger home in the future!

Todd was a great agent to work with. Being from the East Coast I came out to Seattle to explore an opportunity to relocate for work. Todd spent 2 days with me driving me around the area and showing me different houses and new home construction. Todd really stood out with his listening skills as he spend time on the phone with both my wife and I prior to the trip to understand what we were looking for.
